Terms

These are the rental terms. The written contract will repeat them. We confirm every request ourselves. Nothing is paid on this site.

Advance payment

Sums paid in advance are a firm advance payment, not a deposit in the sense of French “arrhes” (article L. 214-1 of the consumer code). 50% when the stay is agreed, the balance 30 days before arrival. Free cancellation until 60 days before arrival, 50% kept between 60 and 30 days, 100% after that. The transfer is made after the request is accepted, to the account named in the contract. For a transfer from Switzerland, the contract names an account in francs, with no exchange fee and no bank fee. Twint is not offered.

Security deposit

€2,500 for the two-storey apartment, €1,500 for the T3, by uncashed cheque or card imprint, as you prefer. It is neither cashed nor charged unless there is damage, and it is returned after departure. It is not part of the price of the stay.

The stay

• Arrival from 17:00, departure by 10:00.
• No pets, without exception.
• No party and no event. No subletting.
• Strict capacity: 6 people for Le lodge de l'alpage, 10 for Les cimes de l'alpage, babies included. Going over that number can end the stay.
• An identity document may be shown on arrival, for who is staying and how many. A visual check only: no photocopy, no photograph, and the document is not kept.
• Bed linen and towels provided, beds made for your arrival, full end-of-stay cleaning. Tourist tax included in the price shown.
