Ten, twelve, sixteen of you: finding somewhere to stay together for a ski trip without being packed in is often the hardest part. We have two brand-new apartments in the same building in Combloux, 50 metres from the slopes, across the road. On its own or together with the other, each one suits a group size.

For ten, the two-storey apartment.

  • The living space: 130 m² over two floors, including a 40 m² living area with an extending table for ten.
  • The bedrooms: four, including an 18 m² suite with a desk.
  • The shower rooms: four, so one for every two or three people: the detail that wins over two families going away together.
  • The kitchen: you can cook for ten without bringing anything, and the raclette set and the stone grill stay there.

For sixteen, both apartments

The lodge is directly below the two-storey apartment: everyone has their own place, one floor apart. The children go to bed early on one side, the grown-ups carry on the evening on the other, and you get together for the meals you want to share. The details are on the page for 16 people.

What matters when there are lots of you.

  • Parking: covered, for four cars (two spaces for the two-storey apartment, a double space for the lodge). The lift goes from the car park up to the apartments.
  • Equipment: a ski room with lockable lockers and boot dryers, and a lockable bike room.
  • Ski school: the ESF meeting point and the snow garden are 3 minutes' walk away. Group lessons sort the children by level.
  • Lift passes: 10% off for four passes bought together, including two children. The 6-day Portes du Mont-Blanc pass includes one Évasion day.
  • Cleaning and linen: included. You leave with no chores: just leave the dishes clean and take the bins down.
  • Work: fibre broadband and Wi-Fi 7 in both apartments, for a family or team get-together.
  • Pets: not accepted. Capacity is strict: ten in the two-storey apartment, six in the lodge.

Who it's for.

  • Two or three families on a ski trip.
  • A big family reunion: grandparents, children and grandchildren, or a gathering of cousins.
  • A ski or cycling club, or a team coming for the 2027 Cycling World Championships.
  • A group of friends who want a bedroom for everyone, not mattresses in the living room.

The price

It is all-inclusive and shown in advance: bed linen and towels, beds made, end-of-stay cleaning and tourist tax. Stays start at 3 nights. One request is enough for both apartments; there is one security deposit per apartment (€2,500 for the two-storey apartment, €1,500 for the lodge).
