What's included in your stay, and what we can arrange for you

  Bed linen and towels: sheets, bath towels and hand towels, tea towels. You don't need to bring anything.

  Beds made for your arrival, every one of them, including the bunk beds and any extra beds requested.
• ✓
  Full end-of-stay cleaning. You leave, we take care of the rest. We only ask you to leave the dishes clean and take the rubbish down.

  The tourist tax, paid over to the municipality.
• ✓
  Covered parking: two spaces for Les cimes de l'alpage, one double space for Le lodge de l'alpage, and the lift from the car park to the apartment door.

  Your own ski locker in the ski room, with a boot dryer — your skis and boots stay under lock and key, not mixed up with everyone else's in a shared room.
• ✓
  A locked bike room, separate from the ski room: somewhere to leave road bikes or electric mountain bikes without giving them a second thought. For Les cimes de l'alpage, the lock-up garage in the car park can also be used.

  The residence's gym and sauna, on the ground floor, by lift.
• ✓
  Fibre and Wi-Fi 7 in both apartments, at more than 1 Gb/s: video calls, large files, several screens at once, and nobody waiting.

  AirPlay-compatible televisions: your Mac or iPhone screen on the TV, to work, show photos or watch a film.
• ✓
  A welcome on arrival from our concierge, depending on your arrival time: someone lets you in and shows you the apartment, the ski room and the car park. Arrival from 5 p.m., departure by 10 a.m. at the latest. If your arrival time doesn't allow for a welcome, you let yourself in with the smart-lock code sent the day before.

  Arrival before 5 p.m. or departure after 10 a.m.: possible depending on the schedule; ask when you book. When the apartment is free the day before or the day after, we are happy to agree.

  A fully equipped kitchen, with all the utensils you need to cook, and a few basic supplies in the cupboards — please replace what you use.
• ✓
  Enough for the first day: toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and cleaning products. Beyond that, they are up to you.

  20% off ski hire at Mabboux Sports and Sport 2000 Marin Sports, in the village, with the code sent with your confirmation.

On request, to be booked in advance

Just two services, because we would rather deliver what we promise:

  A travel cot, to be requested when you book. No sheets, pillow or blanket: for hygiene reasons, we do not pass baby bedding from one stay to the next. Please bring your own, as most families travelling with a young child do.
• ✓
  A mid-stay clean, with a change of linen. Priced on request, depending on the length of stay and the apartment: ask when you book.

For everything else (ski lessons, restaurants, snowshoe outings), we are happy to tell you who to contact, but we do not book on your behalf.

Security deposit: €2,500 for Les cimes de l'alpage, €1,500 for Le lodge de l'alpage, by uncashed cheque or card pre-authorisation, as you prefer. Nothing is debited or cashed if there is no damage, and it is released after your departure. This is the usual amount for fully equipped apartments of this size; it is set out in the contract, together with the description of the property.

Pets: no, none at all

No dogs or cats, however small, not even for one night — for the sake of the allergic guests who arrive after you. It is stated here, on the apartment pages and in the terms and conditions, so that nobody discovers it when booking.

Times

Arrival from 5 p.m., departure by 10 a.m. at the latest. In between: the cleaning, the linen and the beds for the next guests — that is what makes beds made for your arrival possible. An early arrival or late departure can be requested when you book; we reply according to the schedule.

Remote working: welcome, and encouraged

Fibre and Wi-Fi 7 at more than 1 Gb/s in both apartments, a proper desk with a monitor in the Mont Blanc bedroom of Les cimes de l'alpage, the big table in the living area, AirPlay-compatible televisions to share a Mac or iPhone screen in a meeting or for a presentation, and the calm of a building at the top of the village. Weeks outside the school holidays are the cheapest of the year: coming to Combloux to work for a week and skiing at the end of the day is exactly what the apartments are for in January or March. The minimum stay outside the holidays is 3 nights.

What's different from a booking platform

The price shown here is the final price: no service fee added at the last step, no "cleaning fee" discovered at checkout. Cleaning, linen and made beds are an included service, not an extra. And you deal with us directly: a question, a late arrival, a cot — one message is all it takes.
