    The entrance
    Read on

You arrive by lift, without ever going back outside with your luggage: it serves the car park, the ski room, the gym and your landing. The entrance is wide enough to set down suitcases and hang up coats without getting in each other's way — no small thing when ten of you arrive at once.

A separate toilet with a washbasin, near the entrance: nobody has to walk through a bedroom to reach it.

The living area brings the lounge, the table and the kitchen together in one space, with large picture windows onto the forest. Two sofas face each other in front of a 75-inch television and a Sonos home cinema — everything you need to end a day's skiing without moving.

A second seating area sits at the far end of the room, under the exposed roof beams and a skylight, against a wooden wall with its bookshelves and its own screen. With ten of you, there are two places to sit instead of one.

The table extends: ten places when everyone is there, folded away the rest of the time.

The kitchen is open to the room, with dark cabinet fronts. Induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a full set of utensils: you can cook for ten without bringing anything. The raclette set and the pierrade grill stay here all year round. → Ski accommodation for large groups

At the end of the room, a sideboard serves as a breakfast corner: coffee machine, kettle and toaster, away from the worktop. The first one up can help themselves without going into the kitchen.

A few basic supplies are provided. Help yourself, and replace whatever you finish for the guests who come after you.

    The forest bedroom
    Read on

The ground-floor bedroom is the most self-contained in the apartment: it has its own bathroom, it is quiet, and you reach it without climbing the stairs. It's the one you give to the grandparents, or to the couple who like a lie-in.

A black-and-white mountain mural runs behind the headboard. Large sliding glass doors open straight onto the terrace: you can step out with your coffee without crossing the lounge.

Two armchairs and bouclé poufs make a corner of their own, and a desk lets you work in peace.

Double washbasin and walk-in shower, in dark stone and pale wood. Two people can get ready at the same time.

The shower is level with the floor, with no edge to step over, and a stool is available for anyone who needs it.

  • ✓
    The landing
    Read on

The staircase leads up to a landing lit by skylights. Every room has its own door onto it — the three upstairs bedrooms, the utility room, the shower room and the toilet: you never walk through someone's bedroom to get anywhere.

Washing machine and tumble dryer, upstairs, in their own closed room. Over a week with ten people, it's what lets you travel with one suitcase instead of three.

The iron and ironing board are on the ground floor.

    The white bedroom

A bright bedroom under the roof beams, with a skylight above the bed. A 160 bed, a chest of drawers and a clothes rail for your things.

Its shower area is open to the bedroom: the washbasin and walk-in shower are not partitioned off. It's a room for a couple.

    The cabin bedroom
    Read on

Bunk beds of 80 cm width with a wooden ladder, a skylight above, and behind them trompe-l'œil wallpaper of stacked logs. Two 90 cm single beds complete the room: stacked one on top of the other, they form a bench, freeing up the floor for play.

Plenty of storage under the sloping ceiling — drawers and hanging space — at child height.

  • ✓
    The Mont Blanc bedroom
    Read on

The largest bedroom in the apartment, under the roof beams, with a 180 bed and direct access to the balcony. Several chests of drawers and clothes rails: you can unpack for the whole week. A desk with a 32-inch monitor lets you work without taking over the lounge.

It takes its name from the summit you can glimpse from it. In winter, once the deciduous trees have lost their leaves, the top of Mont Blanc appears between the branches from the balcony. In summer, the forest closes the view again.

Its bathroom adjoins it, with its own toilet.

The fourth bathroom doesn't belong to any bedroom: it opens onto the landing. It's the reason why, with ten of you, nobody waits their turn in the morning.

    A third toilet, separate, upstairs.

    The ground-floor terrace
    Read on

On the ground floor, the terrace runs along the façade for the full length of the apartment. It is narrow but long: a bistro table at one end for breakfast, sun loungers at the other for the late afternoon.

You step straight out onto it from both the living area and the forest bedroom. Beyond the railing lie grass and trees, with nobody overlooking you.

    The Mont Blanc bedroom's balcony

The upstairs balcony belongs to the Mont Blanc bedroom alone. Sheltered under a wide roof overhang, it looks into the branches of the birch trees: you are at treetop height, and it's the quietest spot in the apartment.

« Super séjour. Exactement conforme à la description. Les informations et recommandations correspondent à la réalité sur place (proche des pistes et de l'ESF). Super chouette village. Bel espace de ski avec le pass Evasion Mont-Blanc. Je recommande vivement. »

« Gwenael's property was exactly as described; super modern, well equipped and clean. The property is a short walk to the slopes and access to the Portes du Mont Blanc. We would stay again without hesitation. »
— Stuart, February 2026 · Airbnb
